
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. We aim to provide structure and support, while allowing clients to maintain daily responsibilities, including work, school, and family.
We utilize evidence-based strategies using the Matrix Model with DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing integration
Program Structure

9-15 hours per week of group counseling (3 hours per day, Mon.-Fri.)

Weekly individual counseling session for personalized support

Open group format - join anytime without waiting for a new cycle

Small group sizes for individual attention
